For this reason, HR planning will become more important for companies because globalization, new technology, and organizational restructuring processes always overshadow the life of the organization. Organizations that are not supported by employees / employees who are suitable both in terms of quantity, quality, strategy, and good operations, it is certain that the organization will find it difficult to maintain and develop its existence in the future. In order for HR planning to succeed, it is necessary to consider factors that can influence it, among other things: Environmental Factors, Organizational Decisions, Employee inventory factors.
