Description:
The Prediction of intrinsic coersive field of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) was calculated by
using ferroelectric theory of Landau Ginzburg. A Mathematical approach for
calculating was used on routine program based on Pascal plat form on Delphi.
There are decreasingin the values Spontaneous Polarization while increasing on
lattice parameters. The result showed that the relation between Spontaneo us
Polarization and Intrinsic coercive field is linear.
