PRINSIP-PRINSIP KOMUNIKASI PENDIDIKAN YANG EFEKTIF BAGI PARA CALON GURU PGSD DALAM MENYAMPAIKAN IDENYA DI DEPAN UMUM DALAM BAHASA INGGRIS BERBASIS KURIKULUM 2013

Guru merupakan salah satu profesi di bidang pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam mencerdaskan bangsa. Mereka berada di garis depan dalam mensukseskan proses pencerdasan bangsa. Untuk itu dituntut seorang guru untuk mempunyai keterampilan berkomunikasi dengan baik agar siswa didik bisa mendengar penjelasannya dengan mudah. Kali ini peneliti memfokuskan objek penelitian pada komunikasi pendidikan terhadap para calon guru SD, tepatnya mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Program Studi PGSD (Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar) di Universitas Esaunggul. Karena seorang guru harus mempunyai banyak pengetahuan, jadi peneliti meminta para calon guru ini untuk mencari buku yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan, kemudian mereka harus memilih salah satu yang berlandaskan dari buku itu dan membuatnya menjadi satu bahan presentasi yang tepat di depan umum dalam bahasa Inggris. Adapun tingkat keberhasilan dari mahasiswa PGSD itu dilihat dari seberapa jauh dia bisa merancang satu topik, kemudian membuat sebuah kerangka untuk presentasi dan menyampaikannya dalam bahasa Inggris. Kemudian dari hasil presentasi itu akan diambil secara metode kuantitatif dari nilai yang diberikan oleh peneliti. Dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian ini akan tercapai di mana ingin melihat sejauh mana paket pengajaran yang dikemas oleh peneliti dapat menjadi efektif sehingga para calon guru PGSD ini bisa menyampaikan presentasi dalam bahasa Inggris sesuai dengan topik yang dipilih berdasarkan keilmuannya.

Teacher is one of the professions in education who has an important role to educate people. The teacher is in the front line to educate people successfully.. Because of that, the teacher is needed to have a good communication skill so that the students can understand easily the explanation. In this case, the researcher focuses on the becoming teachers from students of Faculty of Education majoring Elementary Teachers from Esa Unggul University to communicate to the students as the research objective because a teacher should have much knowledge, so the researcher has asked the future teachers to find a book related to education, then they have to find a topic based on the book they have read to be the material presented in front of public in English. We can find the level of the success from the students from Faculty of Education majoring Elementary teacher seen how far they can arrange a topic then make a presentation outline and present in English. Next, the researcher uses the quantitave method to get the results of the presentation. The objective of the research is to reach how far the package effectively work so that the future elementary teachers can share their English presentation well based on the topics chosen by their knowledge.
