Description:

Banyaknya masyarakat yang suka makan di restoran mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah restoran, membuat persaingan dalam dunia usaha bisnis kuliner menjadi ketat. Untuk menghadapi situasi ini, setiap restoran harus mampu mengatur strategi agar pelanggan merasa puas dan restoran tetap dapat bertahan dan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melaui kepuasan pelanggan waroeng spesial sambal tanjung duren utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui sehingga sampel menggunakan quota sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan mendapatkan sampel berjumlah 104 responden dari pelanggan yang berkunjung dan makan di waroeng spesial sambal. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis jalur menggunakan uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasanpelanggan. Variabel lokasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas secara langsung namun tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung. Dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas
