Uji t berpasangan, terkadang disebut uji t sampel dependen, adalah prosedur statistik yang digunakan untuk menentukan apakah perbedaan rata-rata antara dua varabel katagorik dan numerik dimana variabel katagorik hanya 2 kategori. Dalam uji t sampel berpasangan, setiap subjek atau entitas diukur dua kali, menghasilkan pasangan pengamatan. Artinya dalam uji ini sampel saling dependen atau berkaitan. Biasanya ditandai dengan kata-kata pre-post/ sebelum-sesudah/before-after.
