PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelayanan Dan Jaringan Bogor memiliki permasalahan dalam memenuhi tingkat mutu layanan penyambungan pasang baru konsumennya. Salah satunya adalah rendahnya kualitas kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu nyala konsumen baru yang dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal diantaranya manajemen persediaan material terkait komitmen manajemen, lambatnya proses pengadaan barang, lambatnya uji material dan peneraan, menurunnya kualitas pelaksana atau mitra kerja dan ketidaksiapan instalasi listrik calon konsumen. Penelitian ini akan mengupas secara mendalam untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor peningkatan kualitas layanan sehingga dapat dicari perbaikan peningkatan kualitas layanan pasang baru listrik. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control dimana teknisnya dengan melakukan evaluasi dari laporan pekerjaan dan identifikasi proses layanan pasang baru sambungan listrik. Disamping itu dilakukan kombinasi dengan metode pengambilan keputusan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui prioritas peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan penggabungan dengan analisis Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen.

State electricity corporate for Bogor network and service area had the problem to meet the quality level of connection service for its consumer installation. One of them is low acceleration quality and flame punctuality to new consumers that was able to be caused by many factors comprising, material supply management attached to management commitment, the tardiness of material supply process, material verification, calibration, the downturn of practitioner/counterpart and the unpreparedness of electricity installation. The research will look in more detail to know the enhancement factors of service quality so that can be found the correction of quality enhancement for new electricity installation service. The used research analysis method by using the approach of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control in which technically do evaluation from the work report and identify the process of new electricity connection. Instead of doing the combination with decision taking method of Analytic Hierarchy Process
