Sofiabella merupakan salah satu toko retail yang berada di Bandung, Jawa Barat yang dimana berfokus pada menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat akan produk kecantikan dengan mendirikan toko kosmetik yang menjual berbagai macam produk seperti makeup, perawatan kulit, perawatan rambut, dan alat-alat kecantikan. Sofiabella sendiri menawarkan produk-produk yang mereka jual dengan kisaran harga yang relatif terjangkau, walaupun memiliki cukup banyak kompetitor yang sudah lebih besar dan terkenal. Sofiabella memiliki visi misi untuk menjadi toko retail produk kecantikan pilihan nomor 1 di masyarakat lokal. Mendidik para wanita Indonesia untuk mengekspresikan kecantikannya dengan bebas. Untuk itu, Sofiabella harus memiliki sebuah strategi kreatif untuk menarik konsumen agar meningkatkan jumlah jual produk. Penulis pun hadir sebagai mahasiswa Graphic Designer untuk membuat berbagai karya media promosi yang dibutuhkan Sofiabella dengan durasi kontrak 3 bulan, dengan tugas utama mendesain feed untuk sosial media. Dimana setiap produk memiliki guideline masing-masing sesuai dengan arahan dan pengawasan dari senior desainer.
