Description:
Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas
rapat bulanan dengan motivasi kerja karyawan di NiHao! Mandarin Centre.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan
wawancara singkat. Hasil penelitian hubungan antara Intensitas Rapat Bulanan
tinggi dengan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat
disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara Intensitas Rapat Bulanan dengan
Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di NiHao! Mandarin Centre.
