Description:

Dari keseluruhan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Persepsi pegawai non medis yang berstatus kontrak dan tetap tentang pemberian kompensasi tidak begitu berpengaruh besar terhadap motivasi kerja. 2. Motivasi kerja pegawai masih terlihat tinggi. 3. Terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi persepsi pegawai non medis yang berstatus kontrak dan tetap tentang pemberian kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja di RS. Omni Medical Center, namun kekuatan hubungan tersebut rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor faktor lain yang lebih mempengaruhi motivasi kerja pegawai non medis yang berstatus kontrak dan tetap.
