Description:
Proses penyediaan tenaga kerja adalah merupakan upaya untuk mendapatkan dan menghimpun, serta menyediakan tenaga kerja yang mempunyai kualitas dan dapat bekerja secara efisiensi. Untuk menyediakan tenaga kerja yang dapat didayagunakan secara maksimal, sehingga dapat diartikan sebagai usaha untuk menetapkan jumlah dan mutu tenaga kerja yang akan digunakan selama jangka waktu terrentu. Jumlah tenaga kerja harus di perhitungkan dengan mutu dan kebutuhan nyata berdasarkan beban kerja.
Di RSIA Bina Sehat Mandiri dimana masing-masing petugas melakukan kegiatan secara merangkap, banyaknya kegiatan-kegitan yang belum terselesaikan, contoh : indeks, analisa, dan pelaporan serta jumlah tenaga kerja di bagian rekam medis terdapat 2 (dua) orang petugas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan tenaga kerja berdasarkan beban kerja di bagian Unit Kerja Rekam Medis RSIA Bina Sehat Mandiri.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif adalah menggambarkan dan menghitung waktu kegiatan di unit rekam medis tentang apa yang dilihat pada saat observasi yang didasarkan dengan analisa beban kerja.
Dari hasil penelitian jumlah kunjungan pasien pada tahun 2012 berjumlah 7.483 pasien. Lama waktu kegiatan di unit kerja rekam medis di pelayanan pasien rawat jalan baru 11,24 menit, pelayanan pasien rawat jalan lama 12,15 menit, pelayanan rawat inap 19,01 menit dengan jumlah keseluruhan 42,04 menit.
Perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga menggunakan metode WISN (Work Load Indicator Staff Need) dengan kuantitas kegiatan per tahun 7.483 rekam medis, standar beban kerja 2.727 rekam medis/tahun dan standar kelonggaran 0,05 SDM, sehingga berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang tenaga rekam medis.
Kesimpulan adalah Hasil perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di unit kerja rekam medis RSIA Bina Sehat Mandiri diperlukan 3 (tiga) orang tenaga untuk kegiatan unit kerja rekam medis. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan adalah Di RSIA Bina Sehat Mandiri saat ini yang ada 2(dua) orang tenaga rekam medis. Sebaiknya diperlukan penambahan tenaga sebanyak 1 (satu) orang tenaga rekam medis agar memperoleh tenaga sebanyak 3(tiga) orang tenaga rekam medis, sehingga kegiatan unit kerja rekam medis berjalan dengan baik namun perlu adanya tenaga khusus lulusan diploma DIII Rekam Medis untuk menunjang penyelenggaraan pelayanan rekam medis yang efektif dan maksimal.

To provide manpower that can be utilized to the maximum, so it can be interpreted as an attempt to establish the amount and quality of labor that will be used during the term of terrentu. The amount of labor must be calculated with the quality and the actual needs based on workload.
Healthy RSIA Bina Mandiri in which each officer is concurrent activities, the activities of many unresolved, for example: index, analysis, and reporting as well as the number of workers at the medical records, there are 2 (two) personnel. The purpose of this study was to determine the workforce needs based on workload at the Unit Medical Record RSIA Healthy Bina Mandiri.
This research uses descriptive method is to describe and calculate time activities in medical records about what was seen at the time of the observation-based workload analysis.
From the research, the number of patient visits in 2012 amounted to 7,483 patients. Long time activities in the work unit medical record in a new outpatient services 11.24 minutes, long outpatient services 12.15 minutes, 19.01 minutes inpatient services with a total of 42.04 minutes.
Calculation of energy needs using WISN (Need Staff Work Load Indicator) to the quantity of activity per year 7,483 medical records, standardized workloads 2,727 medical records / year and 0.05 standard HR leeway, thus totaling three (3) persons medical records personnel.
Conclusions The results of the calculations is the workforce needs in the medical record unit RSIA Healthy Bina Mandiri required three (3) people power to work unit activities of medical records. Suggestion that the author can give is in RSIA Healthy Bina Mandiri currently have two (2) people power medical records. We recommend the addition of power required by 1 (one) person personnel medical records in order to obtain power for 3 (three) personnel medical records, so that the activities of the medical records unit runs fine but needs a special power DIII diploma in Medical Record to support the service delivery record effective medical and maximum.
