Hasil perhitungan Servqual (Service Quality) dan Importance Performance Analisis (IPA) didapatkan Tingkat Kesesuaian Responden kinerja DAA Universitas Esa Unggul sudah mendekati harapan mahasiswa yaitu pada dimensi �Dapat Dipercaya (Reliability)� sebesar 75.39 %, pada dimensi �Daya Tanggap (Responsibility)� sebesar 72.03 %, pada dimensi �Jaminan (Assurance)� sebesar 73.14 %, pada dimensi �Perhatian (Empathy)� sebesar 68.98 %, dan pada �Secara Fisik Mengesankan (Tangible)� sebesar 72.59 %. Dan didapat 7 atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan DAA untuk memenuhi harapan mahasiswa
