Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Orient Container Express. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas pelanggan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak seratus responden dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur atau Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
