Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi konsumen, persepsi kualitas dan sikap konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu casual Converse. Motivasi konsumen, persepsi kualitas dan sikap konsumen menjadi variabel independen sedangkan keputusan pembelian menjadi variabel dependen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah yang membeli dan menggunakan sepatu casual Converse. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi konsumen, persepsi kualitas dan sikap konsumen secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Motivasi konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sikap konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Persepsi kualitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sikap konsumen paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
