Description:

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian lipstick Oriflame. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian lipstick Oriflame. Metode purposive sampling adalah teknik sampling yang digunakan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara bersama-sama citra merek, harga dan promosi. Harga berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
