Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is an arrangement related to data collection, data processing, information presentation, data analysis and delivery of information required for hospital activities. RK Charitas Hospital has implemented EMR since January 2015 in an outpatient installation. To determine the effective and efficient EMR, evaluation is needed, the purpose of this evaluation is to assess the quality of the system, information quality and service quality affect system use and user satisfaction, assessing the organizational structure has an effect on user satisfaction, assessing system use and user satisfaction have an effect on tangible benefits, as well as assessing the condition of the facility has an effect on benefits. This study was to evaluate the use of EMR with the HOT-Fit method in the outpatient installation of RS RK Charitas. This type of research is observational with a cross sectional design. The study population was 197 with a sample size of 67. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used univariate and multivariate analysis with the SEM model analysis technique with the Smart PLS program. The results of the study explained that the quality of the system on the use of the system p-value was 0.006 <0.05, Information Quality on System Use p-value 0.009 <0.05, Service Quality towards System Use p-value 0.043> 0.05, System Quality to User Satisfaction p-value 0.003 <0.05, Service Quality to User Satisfaction p-value 0.000 <0.05, Information Quality on User Satisfaction p-value 0.651> 0.05, Use of the System for Real Benefits p-value 0.018 <0.05, User Satisfaction with Real Benefits p-value 0.802> 0.05, Organizational Structure on User Satisfaction p-value 0.240> 0.05, Facility Conditions to Real Benefits p-value 0.218> 0.05. Conclusion 5 hypotheses are accepted and 5 hypotheses are rejected.
