Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ulasan, Kemudahan,
Kepercayaan Konsumen dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Tokopedia.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Tokopedia bergenerasi z dan
milenial di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive
sampling, maka diperoleh sampel pengguna Tokopedia bergenerasi z dan milenial
di Jakarta yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebanyak 100
responden. Alat statisik yang digunakan adalah statistik asosiatif dengan
penggolahan data menggunakan software SPSS Statistic 23. Hasil penelitian ini
mengindikasikan bahwa Ulasan produk tidak bepengaruh terhadap keputusan
pembelian pada Tokopedia. Kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh positif
terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia, Kepercayaan konsumen
mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara positif pada Tokopedia, serta Harga
berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia.
