ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF, KOLABORASI INTERPROFESIONAL TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN BERFOKUS PASIEN DENGAN MEDIASI KEPEMIMPINAN PADA PROFESI PEMBERI ASUHAN DI RS HERMINA DAAN MOGOT

Patient safety incidents still occur at Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital. The patient is treated with a complex disease, involving a variety of caring professions. Constraints arise in carrying out effective communication, interprofessional collaboration mediated by leadership and not optimal in implementing patientfocused services (PCC). This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of effective communication, interprofessional collaboration on the implementation of PCC with leadership mediation, according to the research. The research method of associative causality with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses Probability-proportional to size sampling, involving 200 health care workers (22 male, 178 female). Data collection techniques using primary data questionnaires and processed by path analysis. The results obtained: Effective communication has a positive effect on the implementation of PCC and Interprofessional Collaboration has a negative effect on the implementation of PCC but if it is mediated by leadership it will have a positive effect on the implementation of PCC. It is hoped that the results of this research will show that effective communication runs optimally, shifting the professional culture towards collaboration with leadership policy initiatives to encourage interprofessional collaboration into daily practice so as to provide the best patientcentered care
