Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk model consumer preferences dalam pemilihan shopping behavior secara Offline dan Online pada bisnis retail. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mendeteksi faktor-faktor retail mix dan brand image dalam membentuk consumer preferencedengan menggunakan analisis faktor. Tahap selanjutnya melihat kecenderungan shoppingbehavior secara offline dan online dengan menggunakan analisis faktor, yang dilanjutkan dengan Multivariate Dicriminant Analysis (MDA). Pada tahun kedua, dilakukan pengembangan model consumer preferences atas shopping behavior secara offline atau onlineyang terpilih dari hasil penelitian tahun pertama, untuk kemudian diterapkan berdasarkan jenisretail (specialty store, department store dan swalayan). Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Rancangan penelitian bersifat kausalitas eksplanatoris. Metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan survei. Jenis data adalah data primer berbentuk persepsi konsumen yangberbelanja pada retail business offline dan online.
