Pada saat ini, jaringan komputer dibutuhkan untuk menghubungkan beberapa instansi, kampus dan bisnis yang mana banyak perusahaan memerlukan informasi dan data � data kantor lainnya. Penggunaan Jaringan Komputer pada Instansi PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta, Tbk sangatlah penting, karena peralatan pendukung dan penggunaan jaringan komputer digunakan untuk memperlancar arus data dan informasi. Hotspot adalah dimana user (pengguna) dapat mengakses jaringan internet publik yang dipasangi jaringan internet wireless. Jaringan yang sering digunakan pada instansi PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta,Tbk Cargo tersebut adalah tipe Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), karena lebih fleksibel dan tidak membutuhkan penghubung antara kabel ke komputer.
