Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi terhadap hubungan antara
efektivitas partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk
menemukan bukti empiris tentang (a) hubungan dan pengaruh positif dan siginifikan antara
efektivitas partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial, (b) budaya organisasi dapat menjadi
moderasi hubungan antara efektivitas partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial.
