Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Restoran A&W di Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini yang responden yang pernah makan langsung di Restoran A&W di Jakarta dengan jumlah 140 responden, data dikumpulkan, sampel ditentukan oleh peneliti sebanyak 140 dikarenakan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Metode kuisioner digunakan untuk mengetahui respon responden untuk setiap variabel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Citra Merek mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan di Restoran A&W, Kualitas Pelayanan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas Pelanggan di Restoran A&W, Citra Merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas tetapi kepuasan Pelanggan tidak memediasi
