PERKEMBANGAN DAN DAMPAK PARIWISATA DI INDONESIA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Sektor Pariwisata hingga saat ini masih menjadi sektor prioritas pemerintah karena dinilai mampu menjadi lokomotif pergerakan perekonomian bangsa. Pengelolaan sektor pariwisata pun terus dikembangkan oleh pemerintah, melalui berbagai kebijakan dilakukan pemerintah untuk membuat pariwisata Indonesia lebih maju dan dikenal di mata dunia. Peranan sektor pariwisata nasional semakin penting sejalan dengan perkembangan dan kontribusi yang diberikan sektor pariwisata melalui penerimaan devisa, pendapatan daerah, pengembangan wilayah, maupun dalam penyerapan investasi dan tenaga kerja serta pengembangan usaha yang tersebar di berbagai pelosok wilayah di Indonesia. Memasuki akhir tahun 2019, dunia diguncang dengan pandemi Covid-19 hingga di berbagai negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia yang sangat berdampak pada sektor perekonomian negara di dunia dalan sektor pariwisata. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literatur dari berbagai sumber, seperti berita di media massa, hasil penelitian yang relevan, dan kebijakan pemerintah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan kualitatif-interpretatif melihat pada perkembangan pariwisata dan fenomena kondisi pariwisata pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini di berbagai daerah wisata di Indonesia. Dari hasil analisis kajian pustaka/literatur menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah memberikan kebijakan khusus dalam rangka meningkatkan sektor pariwisata, dan berbagai daerah destinasi wisata juga telah menerapkan strategi dan program yang mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang disebut era new normal, serta terdapat perubahan perilaku wisatawan. Oleh karena itu dapat digambarkan model pariwisata di era new normal ini yaitu, tourism behavior, domestic tourist orientation, government policies, dan new tourism program

The tourism sector is still the government s priority sector because it is considered capable of being the locomotive of the nation s economic movement. The management of the tourism sector continues to be developed by the government, through various policies carried out by the government to make Indonesian tourism more advanced and known in the eyes of the world. The role of the national tourism sector is increasingly important in line with the development and contribution provided by the tourism sector through foreign exchange earnings, regional income, regional development, as well as in absorption of investment and labor and business development spread across various parts of Indonesia. Entering the end of 2019, the world was shaken by the Covid-19 pandemic to various countries in the world, including Indonesia, which greatly impacted the economic sector of countries in the world in the tourism sector. This writing aims to examine literature from various sources, such as news in the mass media, relevant research results, and government policies. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative-interpretive manner looking at the development of tourism and the phenomenon of tourism conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic in various tourist areas in Indonesia. The analysis of literature / literature shows that the government has provided special policies in order to improve the tourism sector, and various tourist destination areas have also implemented strategies and programs that are able to adapt to conditions called the new normal era, as well as changes in tourist behavior. Therefore, it can be described the tourism model in this new normal era, namely, tourism behavior, domestic tourist orientation, government policies, and new tourism programs
