Kajian penguatan pendidikan karakter dan penerapan standar mutu di sekolah menengan atas ini ditelti
dengan mengunakan metode wawancara. Terori yang digunakan tentang karakter ndan standar pelayan
mutu, dengan rumusan masalah Implementasi pelaksanaan peningkatan mutu di sekolah ? Apakah telah
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana yang disusun? Siapa saja pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam
proses pelaksanaan peningkatan mutu? melaksanaan program peningkatan mutu di sekolah masih dalam
proses. Pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat adalah Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi, LPMP, dan komite
sekolah. cara sekolah melakukan Monitoring dan Evaluasi (MonEv) dalam rangka mengawasi proses
pemenuhan mutu pendidikan? Aspek apa saja yang diperhatikan sekolah dalam melakukan monitoring
dan evaluasi pemenuhan mutu pendidikan sekolah? Hasil kajian didapatkan bahwa Monitoring dan
evaluasi (monev) dilaksanakan untuk memastikan bahwa pelaksanaan pemenuhan mutu sesuai dengan
rencana yang telah dibuat. Monitoring dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan proses pelaksanaan pemenuhan
mutu. Hasilnya lalu dievaluasi di akhir kegiatan untuk dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan atau
penyusunan program tindak lanjut pasca monev. Adapun strategi pemenuhan mutu yang baru dilakukan
jika kegiatan pemenuhan mutu yang lama telah selesai dilaksanakan. Beberapa aspek yang perlu
diperhatikan adalah aspek literasi mengenai administrasi dan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK)
melalui praktik-praktik baik

The study of strengthening character education and the application of quality standards in middle schools
was investigated using the interview fgdvdab method. The theory used is about the character and
standards of quality service, with the formulation of the problem. Implementation of the implementation
of quality improvement in schools? Has it been implemented according to the plan prepared? Who are
the stakeholders involved in the process of implementing quality improvement? implementing the quality
improvement program in schools is still in process. The stakeholders involved are the Provincial
Education Office, LPMP, and the school committee. how do schools carry out Monitoring and Evaluation
(MonEv) in order to oversee the process of meeting the quality of education? What aspects do schools
pay attention to in monitoring and evaluating the fulfillment of the quality of school education? The
results of the study found that monitoring and evaluation (monev) was carried out to ensure that the
implementation of quality compliance was in accordance with the plan that had been made. Monitoring is
carried out simultaneously with the process of implementing quality compliance. The results are then
evaluated at the end of the activity to be used as a basis for decision making or postmonev follow-up
programming. The new quality compliance strategy is carried out if the old quality compliance activities
have been completed. Some aspects that need to be considered are literacy aspects regarding
administration and strengthening character education (PPK) through good practices
