Rata-rata jumlah kunjungan BPJS rawat jalan adalah 120-150 pasien per hari, yang menyebabkan jumlah pasien antri di bagian pendaftaran. Hal itu mempengaruhi perilaku petugas registrasi pasien BPJS rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSU Harum Sisma Medika. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 1 RM Head dan 67 pasien rawat jalan BPJS. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei-September 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan perilaku petugas registrasi pasien BPJS di rumah sakit sumen medika yang sangat baik namun petugas masih ada yang tidak tersenyum dan menyapa dan menyapa pasien. Petugas registrasi pasien di rumah sakit itu wisma sisma medika masih dianggap usia produktif (22-40 tahun), jenis kelamin perempuan dominan (60%) dan rata-rata terakhir dari petugas pendaftaran adalah SMA (70%). SPO di Rumah Sakit Harum Tersedia. Dianjurkan untuk mempertahankan perilaku petugas registrasi yang sangat baik, dan untuk perilaku petugas registrasi yang tidak cukup baik seperti petugas yang memberi senyuman, petugas yang memberikan salam, dan petugas yang menyapa pasien, perlu ditingkatkan dan dimaksimalkan lagi.

The average number of outpatient BPJS visits was 120-150 patients per day, which caused the number of patients queuing up in the registration section. it affects the behavior of registration officers of outpatient BPJS patients. This study aims to see the description of the behavior of BPJS patient outpatient registration at Harum Sisma Medika Hospital. Samples from this study were 1 RM Head and 67 outpatient BPJS patients. The study was conducted in May-September 2017. The results of this study illustrates the behavior of all BPJS patient registration officers in the hospital sumen medika has very good but the officers are still there who do not smile and greet and greet the patient. The patient registration officer in the hospital was fragrant sisma medika is still considered productive age (22-40 Years old), female dominant gender (60%) and the last average of the enrollment officer is SMA (70%). SPO at Harum Hospital is Available. It is recommended to retain the behavior of the registration officers who are very good, and for the behavior of the registration officers who are not good enough such as the officer who gives a smile, officers who give greetings , and officers who greet the patient , need to be improved and maximized again.
