Kemasan produk sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan. Pada CV. Nuansa Baru manajemen promosi yang kurang, menyebabkan tidak terjadi nya peningkatan penjualan. Salah satu unsur terpenting dalam penjualan produk yaitu terdapat pada aspek kemasan, dikarenakan dalam memilih suatau produk dan memutukan untuk membeli, konsumen akan selalu dipengaruhi oleh perasaannya. Penelitian ini memilii tujuan untuk merancang kembali kemasan pakan ternak dengan menentukan kata-kata kansei (kansei word) dari konsumen, dan dengan menentukan nilai kategori untuk mendapatkan hasil output dari desain kemasan pakan ternak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kansei Engineering. Hasil dari pengembangan kemasan pakan ternak ini adalah konsumen menginginkan produk pakan ternak dengan bahan doff, memiliki komposisi, memiliki logo, penutup dengan metode jahit, dan mudah dibawa. One of the most important elements in product sales is the packaging aspect, because in choosing a product and deciding to buy, consumers will always be influenced by their feelings. This study aims to redesign animal feed packaging by determining the kansei words (kansei words) from consumers, and by determining the category value to get the output of the animal feed packaging design. The method used in this research is Kansei Engineering. The result of the development of animal feed packaging is that consumers want animal feed products with doff ingredients, have a composition, have a logo, cover with a sewing method, and are easy to carry.

THE ASSESSMENT OF WORK PERFORMANCE, EDUCATION, AND SELF MOTIVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is needed to improve the personnel performance in order to increase worker productivity in the Company Organization.There are several aspects that can affect the OCB of Company Organization, namely Education, Work Performance and Self Motivation. This study aims to analyze significantly how the interaction and influence between OCB variables, consist of:(1) the effect of Education Aspect (EA) on OCB, (2) the effect of WorkPerformance Aspect (WPA) on OCB, (3) the effect of Self Motivation Aspects (SMA) on OCB, (4) the effect of EducationAspects (EA) on Self Motivation Aspects (SMA), and (5) the effect of Performance Aspects (WPA) on SelfMotivation Aspects (SMA). This study uses survey methods and hypothesis testing by means of correlation analysis techniques and pathways in the constellation model between variables, in order to obtain the relationship between variables. Furthermore, validation and reliability tests were also conducted to strengthen the results of the study. In the end, the results showed that there was a strong direct relationship between the aspects of the OCB variable, with the value of the correlation coefficient and path.
