Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi, E � Word Of Mouth, Kualitas Produk, Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Bittersweet by Najla (Studi Kasus di Wilayah Kota Tangerang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli Bittersweet by Najla dan berada di Kota Tangerang. Metode pengambilan nya melalui teknik non- probability sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat statistik yang yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS statistic 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Promosi, E � Word Of Mouth, dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bittersweet by Najla. E � Word Of Mouth, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian pada Bittersweet by Najla, harus lebih memperhatikan apa apa saja yang diinginkan oleh konsumen sehingga konsumen akan lebih tertarik untuk membeli.
