Minat beli merupakan suatu perilaku konsumen yang menunjukkan sejauh mana
komitmennya untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui: pengaruh brand image, Price dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap
minat beli dan untuk meningkatkan minat dalam berlangganan Netflix. Populasi
dari penelitian ini menggunakan konsumen yang pernah membeli atau
menggunakan Layanan Netflix di wilayah Jabodetabek. Sampel dalam penelitian
ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah
responden sebanyak 100 responden, kuesioner yang diberikan menggunakan skala
likert 4-point. Metode analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah Weighted Least
Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa brand
image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, Price tidak
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, Electronic Word of Mouth
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, brand image, Price, dan
Electronic Word of Mouth bersama-sama. berpengaruh terhadap minat beli.
