Description:

Penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika keterkaitan System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality terhadap Net Benefit melalui Use dan User Satisfaction Bank Mandiri Jakarta. Fokus akhir aktvitas penelitian ditujukan untuk membuat alternatif Model Pengukuran Keberhasilan E-Banking berdasarkan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Delone dan McLean. Data penelitian akan diambil dengan dengan purposive sampling technique dengan metode H a i r e t . a l ( 2 0 1 4 ) yaitu menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 yang merupakan Nabasah Bank Mandiri yang sudah menggunakan E-Banking. Dasar pijakan teori mengenai Sistem Informasi, System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Net Benefit , Use dan User Satisfaction merujuk pada teori Delone dan Mclean, Kotler, Loudan, Amstrong dan lainnya.
