Pengaruh Hutang dan Ekuitas Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Food and Beverages yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2009 � 2011 ) (dibimbing oleh Bapak Rudianto) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hutang dan ekuitas terhadap harga saham baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data yang digunakan adalah data food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2009 � 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Secara simultan Variabel Hutang dan Ekuitas berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, (2) Secara parsial, Variabel Hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, (3) Variabel Ekuitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham Kata Kunci : Harga Saham, Hutang dan Ekuitas

The purpose of this study was to examine the debt and equity against the share prices of both partial and simultaneously. The Data used is data the food and beverages were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) 2009 � 2011. This research and data analysis using methods of multiple regression analysis. This research result is as follows: ( 1 ) simultaneously variable debt and equity stock prices influencing, ( 2 ) a partial, variable no impact on debt stock prices ( 3 ) no impact on variable equity stock prices Keywords: stock prices, debt and equity
