Although breastfeeding is recomended by WHO, the breastfeeding rate in Indonesia remains low, because many women fail to maintain theri breastfeeding intention during the breastfeeding period. the decision whether to breastfeed or not, like any other nutritional behaviour, may develop over a life-time and is rooted in many aspects of life; however;many factors may affect a mothers decision about whether to stop or continue breastfeeding during the breastfeeding period. A critical time point of contact for breastfeeding is a time point when the mother experiences difficulties and encounters influences that may affect breastfeeding continuation
