Description:

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara work-life balance terhadap affective commitment, kedua bagaimana hubungan antara affective commitment dan employees� in-role performance, dan bagaimana hubungan antara work-life balance dan employees� in-role performance. Variabel yang diteliti adalah work-life balance, affective commitment dan employees� in-role performance. Dalam penelitian ini variabel eksogennya adalah work-life balance, variabel mediasinya adalah affective commitment, dan variabel endogennya adalah employees� in-role performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (Persero) Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 101 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden dengan metode tabel Kretjie dan Morgan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap affective commitment dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 3,64 (>1,96). Sedangkan affective commitment tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap employees� in-role performance dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,58 (<1,96). Dan work-life balance memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap employees� in-role performance dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 3,61 (>1,96).
