KEEFEKTIFAN MEDICAL COMMUNICATION TRAINING SKILL PROJECT BAGI MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS YARSI

The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of the program Medical Communication Skill Training Project as a kind of project that is focused on training to the becoming young doctors before going to the hospitals to do their internship program. This is an action research that is given to the medical students about The Medical Communication Skills Project to develop their communication while they face the patients in the hospitals after they have already been a doctor. This research has used the quantitative method. It starts from the pre-test about the medical communication skill. After that, the training is given. To evaluate the program whether it has worked or not, the post-test is given to the medical students. Beside that, to know the quality of the students to present their idea in front of public and their communication skills, the researcher uses the qualitative method. They introduce themselves and the topic of the paper that they will make. The results of the tests whether pre-test and post-test are collected to know the effectiveness of the program. From the results, the researcher can conclude the conclusion which parts of the programs are effective or not to be given to the medical students
