Latar Belakang dan Tujuan Tingginya terjadi turnover pada tenaga penunjang medis di rumah sakit diperlukan
perhatian yang lebih karena turnover dapat merugikan organisasi, baik dari segi biaya, sumber daya, maupun
efektifitas tenaga penunjang medis itu sendiri. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan jod demand terhadap
turnover intention tenaga penunjang medis di rumah sakit swasta kelas B di Bekasi melalui komitmen
organisasional. Metode Penelitian ini penulis merupakan kuantitatif asosiatif, metode sampling menggunakan
total populasi, seluruh tenaga penunjang medis di RS Swasta Kelas B di Bekasi sebanyak 117 orang dengan
Teknik wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS. Hasil
penelitian ada hubungan terhadap semua variabel, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap
turnover intention sedangkan beban kerja dan job demand berpengaruh positif antara terhadap turnover intention
Kesimpulan secara garis besar terdapat pengaruh beban kerja dan job demand terhadap turnover intention tenaga
penunjang medis di Rumah Sakit Swasta Kelas B di Bekasi melalui komitmen organisasional

Background and Objective The high turnover of medical support personnel in hospitals requires more attention
because turnover can harm the organization, both in terms of costs, as well as the effectiveness of medical support
personnel themselves. To analyze the effect of Workload and Jod Demand on Turnover Intention of medical
support personnel in class B private hospitals in Bekasi through Organizational Commitment Research Methods
This study is an associative quantitative study, the sampling method uses the total population, all medical support
personnel at Class B Private Hospital in Bekasi as many as 117 people with interview techniques and filling out
questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis with SPSS. Research results of the study have a relationship
with all variables, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, while workload and
job demand have a positive effect on turnover intention. Conclusion in general there is an effect of workload and
job demand on the turnover intention of medical support personnel at Class B Private Hospitals in Bekasi through
organizational commitment.
