Description:

Employee engagement dan juga komitmen organisasional merupakan variabel yang berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, kedua hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor individual pada karyawan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor individual terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan mediasi employee engagement yang dilakukan pada karyawan PT Indonesia International Expo. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 143 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor individual memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Faktor individual dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Dan faktor individual dapat mempengaruhi baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui mediasi employee engagement.
