Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan sosialisasi peran refleksi dalam
pendidikan guru bahasa Inggris di webinar Asean Lecturer Community sesi 98. Tema
webinar ini adalah Smart Learning for International Language by Enjoy Approach.
Semakin tingginya kebutuhan akan guru bahasa Inggris membuat adanya permintaan
menyiapkan guru yang mampu mengembangkan kompetensi bahasa Inggris siswa.
Untuk menjadi guru yang demikian, calon guru perlu peka terhadap kebutuhan siswa
dan perkembangan zaman. Kesadaran akan hal ini dapat dikembangkan dengan
mengembangkan kemampuan refleksi dalam diri calon guru yang sedang mengikuti
Program Pengalaman Lapangan.
