Karya tulis ini dimaksudkan sebagai hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan di PT. Bank Bukopin Pusat dari bulan Oktober 2009 sampai dengan November 2009, yakni menyangkut Kualitas Layanan Informasi dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Laporan ini membahas apa yang penulis lakukan selama pene.litian, yakni melihat langsung bagaimana layanan Informasi yang diberikan oleh petugas Customer Service Bank Bukopin kepada pelanggan dalam menyampaikan layanan informasi perbankan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan komunikasi yang disampaikan oleh petugas Customer Service dapat dimengerti oleh nasabah, dan dapat mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah.
