Blended Coffee dan Blended Cream yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan
penjualan produk tersebut di setiap gerainya. Penulis memilih gerai Mall Taman
Anggrek sebagai tempat penelitian skripsinya, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk
meneliti keefektivitasan media periklanan yang dipakai oleh PT. Sari Coffee
Indonesia terhadap customer Starbucks Coffee Mall Taman Anggrek.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei
deskriptif. Untuk teknik pengambilan sampel, penulis menggunakan teknik
accidental sampling. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mendapatkan 72 sampel yang
layak untuk menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil dari penelitian mengenai Efektivitas Media Periklanan Buy One Get One
Frappuccino Blended Coffee dan Blended Cream� Starbucks Coffee Mall Taman
Anggrek April 2011 adalah media jejaring sosial and media banner adalah media
yang paling efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan Buy One Get One tersebut.
