Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Loyalty, Brand Association, Brand Awareness, dan Perceived Quality terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa Gojek di Wilayah Karang Timur, Ciledug-Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Semua orang di wilayah Karang Timur, Ciledug-Tangerang yang pernah menggunakan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Gojek. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan metode quota sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Brand Loyalty, Brand Awareness, dan Perceived Quality berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan Brand Assosiation tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand Loyalty, Brand Assosiation, Brand Awareness, dan Perceived Quality secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan dalam meguunakan jasa Gojek di wilayah Karang Timur-Ciledug- Tangerang. Variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa Gojek adalah Brand Loyalty.
