Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan pada sales promotor smartphone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden yang bekerja sebagai sales promotor smartphone. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan.
