Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan, pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, pengaruh kepuasaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasaan pelanggan.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Path Analisi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Karinda Cafe dan Resto Karang Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, terdapat pengaruh kepuasaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasaan pelanggan. Sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa kepuasaan pelanggan memiliki peran sebagai variabel intervening pada penelitian ini.
