Description:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan informasi yang
diberikan customer service terhadap loyalitas pelanggan JNE kantor pusat. Responden penelitian
adalah pelanggan JNE kantor pusat yang datang untuk menemui customer service karena dengan
pelayanan informasi yang baik tidak hanyak membuat pemasukan perusahaan meningkat tetapi
loyalitas pelanggan pun akan lebih meningkat. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan informasi yang
diberikan customer service terhadap loyalitas pelanggan menggunakan metode survey yang
bertujuan dekriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
