Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, User
Experience, dan Persepsi Risiko terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini
dilakukan di wilayah kabupaten Tangerang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100.
Responden penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode non probability sampling
dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran
kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin dengan jumlah pernyataan
sebanyak 36 butir yang terdiri dari 10 butir pernyataan tentang kualitas pelayanan, 12
butir pernyataan tentang user experience, 10 butir pernyataan tentang persepsi risiko
dan 4 butir permyataan tentang kepuasan konsumen. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa
kualitas pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan
konsumen. User experience secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan
terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Persepsi risiko secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif
signifika terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan, user experience, dan
persepsi risiko secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan
konsumen.
