Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kepuasan pengguna Go-Jek dan Grab melalui Brand Image, Harga dan Kualitas Layanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 200 responden yaitu 100 pengguna Go-Jek dan 100 pengguna Grab. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis diskriminan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan kepuasan pengguna Go-jek dan Grab.
Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kepuasan pelanggan Go-Jek dan Grab saat menggunakan aplikasi transportasi online. Variabel yang membedakan kepuasan pelanggan Go-Jek dan Grab adalah citra merek, harga dan kualitas layanan, dimana tiga faktor yang paling membedakan kepuasan pelanggan adalah kualitas layanan.
