Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Strategi Public Relations PT. Maxx Coffee Prima pada kegiatan Special Event di Karawaci.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teori-teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti public relations, strategi, strategi public relations, dan special event,
Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini diantaranya memberikan gambaran mengenai peran divisi public relations PT. Maxx Coffee Prima dan strategi yang digunakan pada kegiatan Special Event di Karawaci untuk mengokohkan brand image Maxx Coffee. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa strategi yang digunakan pada special event adalah, publikasi pada media sosial dan sponsorship.
Tujuan dari dilakukannya strategi ini adalah sebagai awareness khalayak terhadap Maxx Coffee agar lebih kokoh lagi, dan agar Maxx Coffee dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor utamanya.
