Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Trust dan Customer Experience terhadap Repurchase Intention Melalui Kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening pada konsumen di situs online Zalora di Rawa Belong, Jakarta Barat. Variabel Independen terdiri atas E-Trust dan Customer Experience, variabel dependen terdiri atas Repurchase Intention dan variabel intervening terdiri atas Kepuasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen situs online Zalora yang bergerak dibidang penjualan online/e-commerce yang berlokasi di Rawa Belong, Jakarta Barat yang sudah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 3-4 kali. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal apa yang mempengaruhi pembelian kembali konsumen pada situs online Zalora. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 135 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan teknik penelitian berupa analisa Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Trust dan Customer Experience berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan pada situs online Zalora. E-Trust dan Customer Experience berpengaruh terhadap Repurchase Intention. E-Trust dan Customer Experience berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Kepuasan
