Description:

Penelitian ini akan meneliti tentang hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan dan word of mouth. Dimana fokus tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat apakah kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh pada word of mouth. Objek Penelitian ini adalah pasien umum pribadi rawat jalan (poliklinik dan IGD) yang melakukan minimal 2x kunjungan rawat jalan di sebuah rumah sakit di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana akan menggunakan alat ukur kuensioner. Total sampel sebanyak 303 responden dengan teknik purposif sampling. Untuk menganalisa data digunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program LISREL versi 8.8. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap word of mouth dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap word of mouth.
