Background: The prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is quite high (2017), namely 60-75% among young women. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is 64.25% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhea. The prevalence in Jakarta (2015), the prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea is 87.5% and the prevalence of secondary dysmenorrhea is 12.5%. Objective: It is known that there are factors related to the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in late adolescents of Esa Unggul University Nursing Students. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 95 late adolescents of one superior university nursing student. The sample in this study were 76 late adolescents of Ees Superior University nursing students. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. This research was conducted on 22 July - 12 August 2020 Results: The results of the bivariate test showed that the results of primary dysmenorrhea were most common in late adolescents with menarche <12 years (82.9%), late adolescents had menstrual length> 7 days (81.6%), and late adolescents. 5%). The bivariate test results showed the results of the age of menarche (p-value: 0.015; 95% CI: 1,500 - 35,857), length of menstruation (p-value: 0.008; 95% CI: 0.025 - 0.584), exercise (p-value: 0.009; 95 % CI: 1,597 - 109,370). Conclusions: terdapat hubungan antara usia menarche, lama menstruasi dan kebiasaan olahraga pada remaja akhir mahasiswi keperawatan universitas esa unggul
