ANALISA PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK SEBAGAI KORBAN BULLYING DISEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI KALIANYAR JAKARTA BARAT

The definition of a child according to Law number 23 of 2002 in conjunction with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection article 1 paragraph (1) is someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, including children who are still in the womb. From the background above The problems contained in this thesis are how the legal protection of children as victims of bullying in the state elementary school kalianyar in West Jakarta and the inhibiting factors for legal protection against children as victims of bullying in the West Jakarta state elementary school kalianyar. This type of research is empirical and the whole is done using qualitative research methods. the conclusion is in West Jakarta state elementary school kalianyar have not done maximum legal protection for children who are victims of bullying because according to the author s research there are no written regulations that contain prohibitions and threats of criminal sanctions against bullying perpetrators imposed by the school. Factors inhibiting legal protection for children who are victims of bullying in the elementary school of the kalianyar in West Jakarta include factors from parents who are less concerned about children because of their busy activities.
