FINAL YEAR PROJECT MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT ESA UNGGUL UNIVERSITY

Final year project is the crucial part that must be completed by students as a condition of graduation. In the process of making final year project, students are guided by a supervisor. This activity is referred to as final year project supervision. In practice, there are many obstacles that hinder the students to complete final year project on time, such as supervisor who have busy schedules, lack of pressure or deadlines for students to immediately start working on their final year project and etc. Final year project supervision is increasingly difficult to do, especially during this pandemic, because of the need for social distancing. There are several ways to do such as conducting supervision through zoom or google meet, but this is not a complete solution because of the lack of track record of supervision activity needed by the campus in order to monitor the student progress. Therefore, the author intended to create a web-based Final Year project monitoring and management system in order to help the final year project process at Esa Unggul University.
