Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga, Promosi dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Jasa E-Commerce Tiket.com diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga, Promosi dan Citra Merek variabel dependennya adalah keputusan pembelian responden penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner disebarkan langsung sebanyak 210 kuesioner. Metode statistik menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Persepsi Harga secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga, Promosi dan Citra Merek secara (Simultan) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
